A safe space to process...
I am incredibly grateful for my own therapist and personal therapeutic journey where I was given a safe space to process, explore, heal and grow. I spent several years in full time church ministry before heading to graduate school to study counseling psychology. During that journey I began to peel off layers of false identities and expectations laid on me by life, religion, myself and others. As I got to know myself at a deeper level I struggled greatly feeling like there were parts of my true self that were contradictory to other parts of my identity. It was an excruciating and isolating season of my life as it was impossible for me to find a space where it felt safe to process what I was going through. Eventually I was able to integrate these parts and found such tremendous grace and freedom in embracing all of who I am. I determined to ensure that others, also struggling to embrace their true selves, would have a safe space to do that.
I am passionate about supporting all individuals toward freedom regardless of race, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, economic status, or any other category people are put in to.
In addition to providing therapy for those looking to explore issues of identity, I specialize in helping with:
*Couple relationships
*Children & Adolescents
*Parent/child relationships

*Trauma (Including religious trauma)
